We are excited to welcome Chef Robert Vieira (a proud Fresno native) back to the Underground Suppers experience. He started his culinary journey at age 15 and has since traveled and
worked with talented fine dining chefs in Los Angeles, Colorado, Wyoming, and New York, as well as training in Latin-American cuisine in Lima, Peru. After settling back home, he realized the Central Valley’s potential to excel in the culinary scene through the diverse, high-quality ingredients made available by our local farmers. Chef Vieira is determined to elevate the food scene in the Valley by bringing artisan, local flavors to his menus.
