Daniel and Claire Skinner of DxC Fine Dining and Catering are two chefs who met in Culinary School. Launching with a food trailer “Konies Corndogs”, to then opening a pop up restaurant, “Daniel X Claire”. Their pursuit is to add a new notch to Casual and Fine Dining. A series a dining experiences will be announced monthly. Limited release, seasonal menus expressing a sign of the times.
